Service Description
A fun and organized celebration featuring 3-6 guided activities for the children with one of our LEGO® experts . We provide the setting, decorations, plates, cups and napkins while you bring your own food and drink.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment – Birthday Parties • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. • A booking is only confirmed once a deposit payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Brick & Build. • The remaining balance is to be paid on arrival to Brick & Build for the booked slot. Customisation: – Where a package or add-on includes customisation, all customisation details must be provided at least 14 days before the booked slot. This is required to guarantee fulfilment by the booked date. – If customisation details are provided less than 14 days before the booked slot, fulfilment by the booked date cannot be guaranteed. – As customised items are made to order, refunds cannot be issued for these items once customisation has begun. 2. Booking & Payment – Workshops/Events • A full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. • A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Brick & Build. 3. Customer Cancellations If you need to cancel your workshop or party booking, the following cancellation terms apply: – 28 days or more before the event: full refund (including deposit), or a free transfer to another available date. – 14 to 27 days before: the 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid in full, the other 50% is refunded. You may instead transfer once to another available date, free of charge. – 7 to 13 days before: no refund. You may transfer once to another available date, subject to availability. – Fewer than 7 days before: no refund will normally be available. • These terms reflect the cost to us of reserving your slot and staff and turning away other bookings. • Where possible, we may offer a transfer of the booking to another person or date. Any transfer request must be made before the event date and is subject to availability. • Where personalised items are included as part of a party package, these cannot normally be amended, refunded or replaced following a transfer.
