At Brick & Build, we want every customer to have a great experience. These terms explain how workshops and birthday party bookings are handled.
Workshops and birthday parties are provided as services. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, provided as described, and delivered within any agreed timeframe.
As these bookings are for specific dates and times, statutory cancellation rights for changing your mind do not normally apply. Our cancellation policy applies to customer cancellations, while your statutory rights remain unaffected.
